Tilldeck is an early-stage agency. This is a project-based contractor role with per-deliverable compensation - not a fixed salary. You'll work as an independent contractor, own your taxes, and all work produced will be owned by Tilldeck upon delivery and payment. We are transparent about this because we respect your time.
